What does this site represent?
This is a place to bring one world together on a vote for President of the Earth. However, the vote is only good for the day after election. This way, each and every day another person gets elected to the Office of President of the Earth. As far as I know there is not one other election for the President of the Earth, so herefore I declare this as that: The election of the President of the Earth... if only for a day!

Term: How long does the President of the Earth stay in office?
The term of President of the Earth is one day, as measured from midnight on the night of the election to midnight the following night, a total of 24 hours in a row. This way, we will see more world peace with one world lead by many individuals from many places.

Each day a new President may preside over the Earth?
Voting is a tricky issue, you can vote one time per day, but you may find ways to get more votes. On the second try you will be prompted to let you know you only get one vote. Once membership is setup, then you join and log in as a member, I thought to allow more than one vote per day. But we're not there yet. Soon, though, soon.

Results: Can we see who won for each day?
Short answer - yes! You can view in a pagable details view who won on a given day.

Nominations: Can we nominate anyone?
Better to nominate real people. People who are not real or alive will be removed from the list. However, again once membership is setup, named avatars may be used. But since we're not there yet, hold your horses.
